Six areas of work. Most hospitals use three.
Consultancy, empanelment and accreditation support, handled by one team so nothing falls between two mandates.
How an empanelment runs
Six stages, in order. How long it takes depends on the organisation you are applying to. We tell you what is realistic at the first conversation, not at the end.
- 01
Consultation
We look at your bed strength, specialities, location and existing panels, then shortlist the empanelments actually worth pursuing.
- 02
Documentation
Registrations, licences, staff credentials, infrastructure proofs and rate lists, assembled and checked against each application's requirements.
- 03
Application
Filing with the insurer, TPA, government scheme or corporate, in the format and channel that body expects.
- 04
Coordination
Follow-up with the concerned desk, answering queries and supplying whatever else the file needs.
- 05
Inspection
Preparing your team for the site verification and coordinating the visit with the assessing organisation.
- 06
Onboarding
Once empanelment comes through: network listing, rate and process briefing for your billing desk, and ongoing coordination.
Three panels or fifteen. Same building.
Which panels a hospital holds decides how many patients can actually reach it.

Indicative only, not an eligibility ruling.
What can your hospital apply for?
Answer three questions and see the panels a facility of your shape is typically eligible to apply for. No form, no wait.
Indicative only. Each organisation sets its own criteria and revises them. Treat this as a starting point for a conversation, not an eligibility ruling.
Typically eligible to apply for
8
Private health insurers
Open to every facility type, and usually the fastest first panel.
TPA networks
Cashless listing across administrators. The volume driver behind most panels.
Public sector insurers
New India, National, Oriental and United India generally look for inpatient capacity.
CGHS
Empanels hospitals and diagnostic facilities alike.
ECHS
Ex-servicemen scheme, weighted towards inpatient facilities.
Ayushman Bharat / PM-JAY
Needs genuine inpatient capacity, and brings sustained volume where it lands.
Corporate tie-ups
Direct agreements with employers near you, outside the insurance route.
NABH accreditation
Several panels weight accreditation heavily, and some require it outright.
Who we work with
Why hospitals bring us in
End to end
One team from the first consultation through to network onboarding. You are not handed off halfway.
Every network, not one
Insurers, TPAs, corporates and government schemes are pursued together, because a hospital needs all four.
Documentation that holds up
Applications fail on paperwork more often than on merit. We prepare files against each body's actual checklist.
Real healthcare networking
Long-standing working relationships between hospitals, insurers, TPAs and employers.
Tell us where your hospital stands
Bed strength, specialities, city and the panels you already hold. That is enough for a first conversation about what to pursue.
